1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and potential services provided; by using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website and subsequent services.

1. Limitations of liability

Nothing in these terms and conditions (or elsewhere on our website) will exclude or limit our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Subject to this, our liability to you in relation to the use of our website or under or in connection with these terms and conditions, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, will be limited as follows:

1. to the extent that the website and the information and services on the website are provided free-of-charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature;

2. we will not be liable for any consequential, indirect or special loss or damage;

3. we will not be liable for any loss of profit, income, revenue, anticipated savings, contracts, business, goodwill, reputation, data, or information;

4. we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of any event or events beyond our reasonable control;

5. Our maximum liability in relation to any event or series of related events will be limited to the value of the booking deposit.

1. Indemnity

You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of our legal advisers) incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions.

1. Completeness

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this website is correct and up to date, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy, nor do we commit to ensuring that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up-to-date.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to this website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).

1. Terms of Service

   1. Payments

      1. Bookings are non-refundable once paid. 

      2. Cash is preferred, Eftpos/Credit Card Facilities available for a $5 Fee.

      3. In the unlikely event of a medical or other true emergency before booking has started or only just started, a full refund will be provided. 

      4. In rare circumstances out of our control, the booked companion may be changed to a similar companion that was initially booked or options of available companions provided.

   2. Filming

      1. Filming & taking pictures with any device is strictly forbidden while with a Companion; failure to comply with the Companion’s boundaries will terminate the booking. 

 

1. Respect

   1. Companions are to be treated with respect at all times verbally and physically; failure to do so may result in the performance being terminated. 

   2. Companions boundaries and limits are to be respected at all times. These will be disclaimed at the start of the service. Companions will abide by Clients boundaries at all tiles

   3. Non-Sexual Companions only providing Non-sexual bookings are not to be pushed or harassed for sexual upgrades. This will result in the termination of the booking.

2. Safe Sex

   1. Only safe sex services are provided at Sensual Touch. 

      1. Barrier method contraception is non negotiable for all penetrative and oral acts/ services. Condoms, Gloves, Dental Dams

      2. STI/STDs are a risk in this industry, any signs of an active infection will result in a change to a non sexual booking, a sensual massage where permitting or termination of your booking with no refund.

         1. Please get all medical issues and or concerns regarding your genitals and skin to a doctor before you see one of our team;

         2. Active and open wounds​ will result in a non- sexual companionship booking or termination of booking for safety;

            1. Rashes / blisters / warts

            2. Sores/ bumps

            3. itching / scaling skin/ redness

            4. seeping/weeping

            5. Lumps and other abnormalities 

3. Personal Details

   1. Clients and Companions personal details are confidential. Information collected through the booking process is not shared or used in any other way than stipulated in the terms of collection.​

      1. eg .Photo or ID for verification of identity for Companion​

      2. eg. contact Information for booking organisation like number or email.

4. Travel Costs

Travel costs apply outside a 15-minute drive from the City CBD and are price on enquiry. You will be informed of any potential travel costs prior to the confirmation of the booking.
